Levi's and Wrangler both have good styles that are tight. Just stay away from the loose fit style. Boot cut jeans are generally tighter in all the right places than other types. Don't be afraid to try on several pairs in the same size. They will all fit you differently...lol
Tight was the style when I was young. It's nice to see it make a comeback. Also shows off the ASSets to best advantage...

You should buy True Religion jeans. They are very good looking and modern jeans. Also try Express brand jeans.
