Ok sweetie to fix this problem first of all delete ur (how come i cant get a bf) question! 2nd of all if you want to get a kiss just start lightly flirting and if he gets near your face and u want him to kiss u, blush and slightly stick out our cheek and the corner of your lips and say nothing and just stare in his eyes. If u wanna kiss him, just get near his face and if he wants it he will just stare, blush or just sit there waiting. Dont keep him waiting and kiss him on the corner of his lips and the bottom of his cheek where the two spots meet.
