I've been kinda curious about something lately. On one of my testicles, there's a lot of fleshy feeling stuff around it. It almost feels like tissue. On the other hand, the other testicle doesn't have that. Does anybody know what all that fleshy stuff would be around that one testicle?...

Unilateral enlargement of the testis with or without pain should raise concern for testicular cancer, it also could be the epididymus or some fluid collection like varicocele or hematocele.

this happened to me too.go to the doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.it could be a serious problem.it could be a start if cancer,witch is very important to get to a doctor right away.get plenty of rest until it goes back to normal.
