Okay maybe this is me being selfish but I asked my boyfirend to hang out with me as it is a friday night, now we have been going out for 2 years and I know he loves me but I can't help but feel a little hurt when he leaves at 7:30 on a friday. From the way I see it, no you are not over-reacting. It sounds to me like you are way more into him then he is in to you. That isn't right regardless of how old you two are. If I were you I try to find someone who wants to spend time with you or see if talking to him about the way you feel might work too. But things can't stay the way they are, it isn't right. strange. its because we got in a stupid little fight.
and now he is going out with my friend. and he acts like it shouldnt even matter to me. and he just like shut me out of his life now it makes me feel like i did something really bad.. but i didnt!
should i stick with him and wait until they break up. or just get over him. and let him know im over him?

Basically you wanna accentuate your muscular frame with well fitting clothes, and then top it off with some minor accessories like a necklace and/or a ring. Make sure you use some gel or something in your hair as well. Hair without product in it is just a waste. =)

I have been talking to this guy on and off for a year, and i might go see him tomorrow night at his party, and i have butterflies, and i'm excited. i kind of don't want to feel this way because it never works out. any advice?I really need some advice guys..?

Personally I think that if he is in a relationship that is healthy and happy, he will not consider cheating even when faced with temptations. It is important to have good communication within a relationship so that there will not be a reason for him to look elsewhere for the things that may lack n his own relationship with his partner.

However, if he is in any way dragging you down or dwelling in his emotion, then it is not just mood swing as much as it is a subtle attack against you. Some guys will try to manipulate women with mood swings. I would focus on where his emotion is applied; if it's inward and almost seemingly modest, then it's more of a depressive nature, while if it's brought out constantly in conversation and action, it might be an effort to draw attencion and take advantage of your emotions.

I just started getting back into exercise recently and my muscles are stiff and sore............i had to roll out of the bed this morning LOL.
I have already given myself a rest day yesterday and want to know if i should do the workout today and push through the pain or do i leave it a bit longer. Advice please.Some advice guys ????????????????
dont skip another day without exercise, by doing more exercise when you're stiff, it helps get rid of the lactic acid build up in the muscles (at least thats what i was told). so push through the painSome advice guys ????????????????
Get in a lot of branch chain amino acids. If you are sore longer then a day you may be over working. After a specific point working out has no additional benefit to muscle strength or tone.
My advice is to get a personal trainer from 24 hour fitness. I have had a personal trainer for just under a year. The very first day I worked out my sugar crashed so bad I needed an ambulance. My trainer knew exactly what was happening and already had my sugar coming up before the ambulance even arrived. It turned out I'm a hypoglycemic. The next day I went in to see my trainer he had planned out a complete nutrition guide that included working with hypoglycemia. I am now in pre-athletic condition and am working on being in shape for athletic tournaments. They have worked with me regarding soreness and even injuries. If you want to get in shape with fast safe results a personal trainer is the only way.

Soreness is okay - it's just a way of your muscles saying ';I'm overstrained - I'm going to build up tissue to compensate';..
Try this - when you workout, work opposing muscle groups on opposite days...
For example, monday work biceps, chest, abs...
tuesday work triceps, back / shoulders, butt....
It's also important to have the right supplements when you work out, taking a creatine and whey protein shake 30 min after you work out will minimize the soreness...

Let your muscles heal first than work out again.
But dont wait till your completely not sore,

I think give it another day. Make sure you warm up and stretch off, try mobility stretching. Hold stretches for 8-10 seconds :) And ALWAYS cool down, never just stop.
The stuff that's causing muscle pain is lactic acid, you get it when you do anaerobic exercise. You may not realise but you need to breaatheeee lots when you exercise.

I once did a 100 mile walk in 3.5 days. The second day I was so stiff I could barely move. However once we got walking my legs started to loosen up and I was able to keep going. It did not do any harm. It is up to you if you think you can get to this point then keep at it. If not a rest might be just the thing.
try eating some bananas. they help a lot with reducing soreness/stiffness. next time, if you quit working out for a while and are trying to get back in it, start out slowly. but you should definitely wait a bit longer. working out while you're really sore does no good and can actually do harm
Get back into it slowly, at an easy pace. If your muscles are really sore, maybe you're over-doing it. If it's just moderate muscle pain, then you could always exercise different muscle groups the next day. Do a completely different exercise routine.
U should leave it a bit longer. Because your muscles haven't been t use to exercise for awhile, it will feel painful at first. I recommend you rest for two days, then exercise again, then u'll be ok to start a workout pattern. Hope this helps! :)
Push through it - I know, it kind of sucks, but unless this pain is a pulled muscle, etc the best thing to do is push through it.

Get in a lot of branch chain amino acids. If you are sore longer then a day you may be over working. After a specific point working out has no additional benefit to muscle strength or tone.
My advice is to get a personal trainer from 24 hour fitness. I have had a personal trainer for just under a year. The very first day I worked out my sugar crashed so bad I needed an ambulance. My trainer knew exactly what was happening and already had my sugar coming up before the ambulance even arrived. It turned out I'm a hypoglycemic. The next day I went in to see my trainer he had planned out a complete nutrition guide that included working with hypoglycemia. I am now in pre-athletic condition and am working on being in shape for athletic tournaments. They have worked with me regarding soreness and even injuries. If you want to get in shape with fast safe results a personal trainer is the only way.

Soreness is okay - it's just a way of your muscles saying ';I'm overstrained - I'm going to build up tissue to compensate';..
Try this - when you workout, work opposing muscle groups on opposite days...
For example, monday work biceps, chest, abs...
tuesday work triceps, back / shoulders, butt....
It's also important to have the right supplements when you work out, taking a creatine and whey protein shake 30 min after you work out will minimize the soreness...

Let your muscles heal first than work out again.
But dont wait till your completely not sore,
just start again when you think you can run. :)

I think give it another day. Make sure you warm up and stretch off, try mobility stretching. Hold stretches for 8-10 seconds :) And ALWAYS cool down, never just stop.
The stuff that's causing muscle pain is lactic acid, you get it when you do anaerobic exercise. You may not realise but you need to breaatheeee lots when you exercise.

I once did a 100 mile walk in 3.5 days. The second day I was so stiff I could barely move. However once we got walking my legs started to loosen up and I was able to keep going. It did not do any harm. It is up to you if you think you can get to this point then keep at it. If not a rest might be just the thing.
try eating some bananas. they help a lot with reducing soreness/stiffness. next time, if you quit working out for a while and are trying to get back in it, start out slowly. but you should definitely wait a bit longer. working out while you're really sore does no good and can actually do harm
Get back into it slowly, at an easy pace. If your muscles are really sore, maybe you're over-doing it. If it's just moderate muscle pain, then you could always exercise different muscle groups the next day. Do a completely different exercise routine.
U should leave it a bit longer. Because your muscles haven't been t use to exercise for awhile, it will feel painful at first. I recommend you rest for two days, then exercise again, then u'll be ok to start a workout pattern. Hope this helps! :)
Push through it - I know, it kind of sucks, but unless this pain is a pulled muscle, etc the best thing to do is push through it.

Guys, some advice please?
I have been seeing this man for about a month and half, he is sooo confusing. I really like him and he has talked about long term with me etc, told me many times thats what he wants, he says he is looking at forever. He has said he loves me twice. I have yet to say it. but one night he may be like this the next day he is kind of cold, and distant. he is like an emotional yo yo. why is this? is he pleying mind games with me or what? we are both adults, both divorced.Guys, some advice please?

so, my ex and i are good friends. we go to the same college and he stops by my work and sees me. well, i pushed to hard for an answer one day and it made things wierd between him. and i stopped pushing so hard. but he is my best friend and i love talking to him. but he is so busy with work and homework he doesn't call back. The easiest way to mend a broken heart is cut off what is hurting it. Put all your pics of the 2 of you up, don't throw them away, put them somewhere that when you feel up to it you can look at them again. If you have a myspace page remove all the pics and comments of him or by him. And most of all stop calling him by doing that all you are doing is delaying the pain because when you go home you still don't have him and you need to allow your heart time to heal and it can't when you do that. Think of it as a scab it hurts and iches you scratch it knowing that it will bleed again and then you have to start all over again in the healing process.

Ask questions where he has to say more than one or two words. If you ask, say -- ';Do you play any sports?'; and he answers with ';Soccer,'; start asking questions about that sport! What position do you play, how long have you been playing, what team are you on -- dive into the lifestyle and he will open up. Remember, its hard to listen, but very EASY to talk, especially about yourself. So start asking some questions!
